At Zoncute (“Zoncute”, “we”, “our”), we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled when purchasing through www.zoncute.boutique  (the “Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, tags, and components are included.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

  • The product is not listed as a final sale or non-returnable item.

Zoncute reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, altered, or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items with missing components

  • Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • incorrect,

you must contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery and include:

  1. Photos of the product

  2. Photos of the box/package

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Order number

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

Zoncute may also request the item to be returned, depending on the case.


4. Returns Due to Customer Preference

Returns based on:

  • change of mind,

  • color preference,

  • size or style issues,

  • personal dislike,

  • duplicate purchase by mistake

may be accepted only if the product meets the eligibility standards in Section 1.

Return shipping costs for these cases are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zoncute error.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • If a prepaid return label is provided by Zoncute, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund.


6. Third-Party Supplier Returns (Dropshipping Orders)

Some products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.
For these orders:

  • Return approval depends on the supplier’s policies.

  • Some suppliers may not support returns.

  • In such cases, Zoncute may offer alternatives (partial refund, replacement, or store credit).

Packaging variations or inserts from third-party suppliers do not qualify as defects or grounds for refund.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Zoncute is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges may be allowed depending on product availability.
If an exchange cannot be processed, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order is in fulfillment or transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

If cancellation is requested too late, the product must follow the standard return procedure.


10. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Zoncute is not responsible for:

  • packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer,

  • packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier,

  • stolen packages,

  • packages rejected by the customer.

Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims.


11. Refund Limitations

Zoncute may refuse refunds or returns if:

  • the item is returned damaged or used;

  • the claim is fraudulent;

  • excessive return claims occur;

  • the product was shipped from a third-party supplier without return support;

  • the product is altered or customized.

Zoncute reserves the right to limit future purchases for customers abusing return policies.


12. How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)

Return Process
To start a return, please email us at support@zoncute.boutique with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be authorized before sending any item back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
