6. Pricing, Payments, and Order Confirmation

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed.

  • If an obvious pricing error is detected before order processing or shipping, Zoncute may cancel the order or contact the Customer to confirm the corrected price.

  • Prices will never be changed after an order has been paid and shipped.

  • An Order is considered accepted only once Zoncute sends a confirmation email.

Zoncute reserves the right to cancel any Order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • product unavailability,

  • payment verification issues,

  • suspected fraud,

  • system or typographical errors.

In such cases, Customers will receive a refund.

7. Gift Cards

“We do not sell gift cards at this time. If gift cards are offered in the future, Klarna will not be available as a payment method for gift card purchases.”

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, location, or external factors.

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer when the package is handed to the carrier.

  • The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Zoncute is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

9. Fulfillment Partners & Packaging

Zoncute may fulfill orders using trusted third-party logistics and fulfillment partners, including carriers, warehouses, and fulfillment providers (collectively, “Fulfillment Partners”). This may include fulfillment services such as Amazon fulfillment (e.g., Buy with Prime / MCF) for eligible products.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Order fulfillment and delivery
    Certain items may ship from a fulfillment partner facility within the United States. Shipping methods, carriers, and packaging may vary depending on the fulfillment location and service used.

  2. Branding and packaging variations
    Orders may arrive in packaging that is not Zoncute-branded. Packaging variations, standard packing slips, or carrier labels used by fulfillment partners do not affect your rights under our policies.

  3. Customer support and responsibility
    Regardless of which fulfillment partner ships your order, Zoncute remains responsible for customer support and for handling issues related to your order in accordance with these Terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy.

  4. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
    Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including return eligibility, timelines, and instructions. Where a fulfillment partner’s operational requirements apply (e.g., return routing), Zoncute will provide instructions and assist you through the process.

  5. Delays and external events
    While we work to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by events outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, peak seasons). If an issue occurs, please contact us and we will assist with tracking and resolution.

  6. Information sharing for fulfillment
    To fulfill your order, we may share limited customer information (such as name, shipping address, and contact details) with fulfillment partners and carriers strictly as necessary to deliver your purchase.

Returns are governed by the Return Policy available on the Website.

  2. zoncute does not warrant that:
    (a) the services will meet your expectations or requirements;
    (b) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
    (c) the results obtained from the use of the services will be accurate or reliable;
    (d) the quality of any product, service, information or other material purchased or obtained through the services will meet your expectations;
    (e) any errors in software, systems, or features will be corrected.

  3. any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the services is done at your own discretion and risk. you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such material.

  4. no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from zoncute shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

  5. you should exercise caution when providing personal identification information about yourself or anyone under your legal authority. zoncute does not control or endorse actions arising from your participation in the services and expressly disclaims liability for such actions.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.
