This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on www.zoncute.boutique (“Website”). Zoncute is a brand name (DBA) of Ascendant Apex LLC.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including standard residential and business addresses).
If we are unable to ship to a specific address type (e.g., certain P.O. Boxes for oversized items), this will be indicated at checkout.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3) Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)

Shipping time (after shipment): typically 5–8 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: Processing (1–2 business days) + shipping (5–8 business days) = typically 6–10 business days, and will not exceed 14 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control.

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping destination and the package’s weight/dimensions. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Typical U.S. shipping ranges (guidance only):

  • Lightweight items: $5.99 – $9.99

  • Medium packages: $10.00 – $17.99

  • Heavier/oversized packages: $18.00 – $34.99

These ranges may vary depending on distance (shipping zone), package dimensions, and carrier surcharges (when applicable).

5) Carriers & Tracking

Orders that are not fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment are fulfilled from our own inventory and shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

6) Buy with Prime / Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) Orders

Certain products may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), including eligible Buy with Prime orders.

A product is eligible for Amazon MCF when it is physically stocked in our Amazon fulfillment inventory and connected to our online store.

When an eligible product is fulfilled through Amazon:

  • Delivery estimates displayed at checkout may be faster depending on the destination and available Amazon inventory.
  • Amazon may select the packaging and shipping carrier.
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

Products or orders that are not eligible for Amazon MCF are fulfilled from our own inventory and shipped through standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Amazon MCF eligibility may vary depending on product availability, inventory levels, shipping destination, and fulfillment capacity.

7) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

8) Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (if applicable), or other events beyond our control.
