This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on www.zoncute.boutique (“Website”). Zoncute is a brand name (DBA) of Ascendant Apex LLC.
1) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including standard residential and business addresses).
If we are unable to ship to a specific address type (e.g., certain P.O. Boxes for oversized items), this will be indicated at checkout.
2) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.
3) Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)
Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control.
4) Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping destination and the package’s weight/dimensions. The final shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

5) Carriers & Tracking
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
6) Buy with Prime / Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) Orders
Some eligible products may be fulfilled through Amazon fulfillment (e.g., Buy with Prime / MCF). When an item is fulfilled through Amazon:

7) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (if applicable), or other events beyond our control.
